Returns Policy

All of the items in my shop are handmade. ALL sales are final. I don’t accept returns on masks, custom or premade. However there are exceptions in the following cases;
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged please let me know within 24 hours of arrival (this short timeframe is necessary because handmade items can be altered or worn quickly and I can only verify damage that occurs during shipping), inform me with clear photos of the damage.
If the wrong item was delivered, contact me within 48 hours of the delivery with photos and details.
Please note:
Handmade imperfections are to be expected.
I can’t accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong design, or providing incorrect information during checkout. Please check your order details before submitting. I can only create what you request.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on wearable items
